WASI Steel Industries Factory Co., a leading structural steel fabrication company based in Dammam, has confirmed its participation in FABEX Saudi Arabia 2025, scheduled from October 12 to 15, 2025, at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC).
FABEX Saudi Arabia, held in conjunction with Metal & Steel Saudi Arabia and MACH Saudi Arabia, is the foremost B2B exhibition for the steel, metal fabrication, cutting, welding, automation, and CNC industries in the Gulf region. The event serves as a prime platform for technology showcase, live machine demonstrations, and strategic networking among industry decision-makers across sectors including construction, infrastructure, pipelines, and manufacturing.
WASI Steel, which specializes in equipment support structures, pipe racks, built-up girders, structural buildings, platforms, and various steel supports with a production capacity of more than 30,000 MT per year, will exhibit its latest fabrication solutions and engineering capabilities.
At FABEX 2025, WASI will demonstrate its expertise in precision engineering and project delivery. Its participation reflects ongoing demand for high-quality steel fabrication in mega projects such as oil & gas, petrochemical plants, refineries, power and desalination facilities, cement factories, and high-rise commercial complexes throughout Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.

WASI Steel Industries, a leading structural steel fabrication company based in the 2nd Industrial City of Dammam, is developing state-of-the-art administration headquarters alongside a major fabrication workshop. The expansion follows the company’s rapid growth servicing regional industrial and commercial sectors.

The new admin building is set to centralize the group’s management, design, and engineering teams. Once complete, the facility will house executive offices, technical drafting suites outfitted with advanced software like AutoCAD, Tekla XSteel, and STAAD Pro, and areas for project planning and client consultations.

The fabrication facility boasts new admin building and covered workshop space equipped with modern CNC plate cutters, hydraulic press brakes, shears, overhead cranes, and upgraded material storage to streamline workflow.

The new fabrication facility will cater major plants in oil & gas, petrochemicals, cement, power, desalination, and high-rise/commercial construction projects. With ISO certifications in quality (9001:2015), environmental (14001:2015), and health & safety (45001:2018), the company positions itself as a trusted partner meeting rigorous international standards made in Saudi.

In a recent overview of Dammam’s fabrication landscape, WASI was highlighted alongside top-tier players for its reliability, skilled workforce, and flexible production capabilities.


The combined office and fabrication upgrade underscores WASI’s commitment to Vision 2030 goals: supporting industrial diversification, enhancing Saudi-localized manufacturing capacity, and fostering high-quality jobs. “Our goal is to streamline operations from design to execution—all under one roof,” said a senior WASI executive, “so we can continue to deliver on time, on spec, and on budget.”

Construction on the administrative building and the new fabrication plant is expected full completion the end of 2025. Once operational, the integrated facility will not only optimize internal workflows but also elevate client interactions—bolstering WASI’s reputation across Saudi Arabia’s expanding industrial sector.
